I was in desperate need to change my color and trim my split ends. Mimi came to my rescue! She made the process fun and easy on my hair. She even recommended the conditioner treatment that brought my hair back to life. I love how my color came out!!! I'm definitely coming back.

Came here years ago for a wash and cut and the guy said “I need to blow dry it to do my best work and make sure it’s even” and I said “ok so is it the same price” and he said “no it won’t be”. I was appalled . If you’re incompetent and can’t do the service offered thats on you , not the customer. This felt like I was being scammed. If you’re going to offer wash and cut hire a stylist that can handle it. Over the years I came here for ~5 haircuts . None of them were good haircuts ( mediocre ) and almost all the time the stylist cut off more than I asked for. I started using salon apprentice instead and getting much better cuts. My advice - if you’re looking for a simple hair cut, skip this place .

This salon has become my go-to for a balayage, and for good reason. After an amazing first experience with Caramel, I booked an appointment with Mimi, and I was blown away. These talented stylists truly work magic with hair. Mimi skillfully brought my vision to life, meticulously crafting the perfect look after discussing my inspiration photos. Despite the time it took, three hours flew by, and the result was undeniably worth it. Trust these ladies to deliver stunning results every time!

Scheduled an appointment for 6:30 just for a hair cut because it was available on the appointment portal. Got a text at 5:30 confirming my appointment. At 6, I got a call that they couldn't do my appointment at 6:30 because they close at 7. I needed my hair cut before an event, I wish they had communicated earlier so I could find another option.

I was recommended to work with Mimi for my color and curly cut. I came in with red salon and box dyed hair and was looking to get a honey blonde blend. Mimi’s end result was better than I expected. My hair felt so healthy after my cut. But the color- that was the show stopper. She warned me the red will be harder to remove, but I was so impressed to see how much she was actually able to lift. My honey blend was almost exactly how I imagined. Over a few weeks with purple shampoo and the sun, the hair lightened creating even more dimension. I’ve been struggling to find a stylist who was equally talented, as she was professional. After meeting Mimi, I need to not look no further.. She has also studied under well known curly cut stylist, so I trust her with understanding my hair. Curly queens
