I paid a visit to the Dr Barbara Sturm spa on Madison Ave. I heard so much about the products, but I wanted to learn more in person. Krystal was extremely knowledgeable and made my experience unforgettable. While there, I noticed her interaction with other shoppers coming into the Spa and loved how she knew everyone by name. Her level of exceptional customer service was truly impressive. My favorite part was having my skin analyzed by this really cool machine. It takes pictures of your skin and thoroughly analyzes and makes product & facial recommendations. I highly recommend you visit the Madison Ave Spa.

Rowan was my esthetician she made the whole experience amazing for my first facial I plan on coming back to her from now on!! The room atmosphere is very warm and inviting as well. Highly recommend Rowan and this spa.

Super disappointed purchased an advent calendar for my wife for Christmas she started to notice product missing from each bottle and then when I started googling we realized they sold us a calendar from last year. Contacted customer services and they won't help. Very disappointing behavior from an allegedly premium brand selling off old advent calenders with product so old it is evaporating.
