Downtown Hair Designer & Nail Salon

I took an elderly woman for a pedicure at Downtown Air Design in downtown Miami, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. She is very sensitive, and the technician Clementina showed extraordinary patience, kindness, and care throughout the entire service. Nothing was rushed. Every step was done gently, with attention, respect, and genuine warmth. It’s not easy to find a place that truly knows how to care for senior clients, but here they went above and beyond. The service was fabulous, professional, and deeply compassionate. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a salon that treats elderly clients with dignity, patience, and heart.

I had an amazing experience at this salon! I got my hair colored and my nails done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The hair color came out beautiful—exactly what I wanted ! The name of my stylist is Naomi she did fantastic job ! She took her time to make sure everything was perfect. My nails look flawless and were done with so much care. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The Wendy the owner of salon super sweet and nice . I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be coming back!

Had such a great experience at Downtown Hair Designer and Nail Salon! Nydia did my mani/pedi gel nails and they came out amazing. Irma gave me the perfect bob and really took her time—she even stayed after closing to make sure everything was just right, no rushing. She was attentive, friendly, and a perfectionist. Wendy was also so friendly and welcoming and made the whole experience feel comfortable. Everyone is kind and makes you feel at ease, like your family. Highly recommend, especially if you want to get multiple beauty services done in one place. 💕✂️💅

Honestly this place is so amazing they took me immediately I told them I have a date and the put their backs into it they took they’re time y The staff was all so sweet and I am 100% pleased and astonished but my mani pedi + blow out I will be coming back from now on!!!!!!
