I visited this establishment in Downey, where I specifically requested one hour of deep tissue massage for my back, followed by a foot massage. Although I communicated my preferences, I was assigned a therapist who did not seem to understand my request. Instead, I received a service from a therapist who appeared unqualified. Initially, she spent ten minutes addressing my back but then became distracted by a phone call in Spanish, returning frustrated and only cleaning my back before concluding the session. When I inquired about receiving a different therapist, I was informed that none were available. This place is so unprofessional! Staff is so misinformed and they are falsely claiming they are message therapists. On their website it says, “ If you have muscle pain, circulatory problems, a stiff neck, sore back …” but when I called explained I gave a stiff neck and it’s hurts because a nerve must be inflamed the lady said they don’t help with that. So I explain that their website states that help with that and this lady says she can’t fix me and she’s not a doctor and they only do “relaxation massages” so then why say that you help with muscle plain and then completely try to gaslight me saying that they don’t even though it’s on their website. It’s fine if you don’t do that but don’t tell me that i’m trying to discredit your business, you did that on your own for not providing an accu

My boyfriend had severe stress pain and work really hard almost 24/7. I don't know what to do so I found this place nearby my area. She told me she will take care of it. I ask rose if they do stress relief. She said yes so I ask her permission to do it. When he got out, he seemed thrilled trustworthy with the result they got rid of the pain. I told him "How was it?" He said "Much better, thank you". He really enjoyed it. I am delight they relieved him of his stress.
