Double Diamond Haircut and shave

My son wanted to get a nice fade and Double Diamond Haircut & Shave was recommended. When you pull up to the shop, you see unique art out front that the owner/barber Charlie has painted and can be bought if you like a piece (we bought one my son liked). We could see the art piece Charlie was painting when we came in, which is neat to see it in the making! The shop is cozy and Charlie kept my son laughing with his fun humor. My son absolutely loved his cut and we really liked Charlie. He also does hot towel shaves that my husband is interested in!

I have been getting my hair cut here for about a year now. No one works harder than my friend Charlie to give you a great customer experience. He pays careful attention to detail and makes sure you are happy with the cut before you leave. The hot towel and shave are outstanding! The artwork he paints and displays in his shop reflects his eclectic interests and serves to showcase another aspect of his varied talents and creative capacity. I truly enjoy our wide ranging conversations and always leave with a great haircut! You are a true asset to our community, Charlie! Thank you for the work you do!

Terrible. Was not what I asked for left chunks of my hair. Was suuuuper uneven. I got it fixed professionally and the guy said he didn't even know how he could recreate the disaster Charlie from double diamond made. Please don't make the same mistake I did, especially since reviews and pictures he posted of his clients said otherwise. The "AC" is a little blower thing that makes the air .2% cooler. Was not clean it smelled like paint and something else. Charlie was literally sweating all over me. His license was expired in November 2024. I know it's local business and all but you'd be better off letting your mom cut your hair. Hope this helps the innocent ones out there.
