Dosha Salon Spa Hawthorne

I had a wonderful experience @ Dosha salon Hawthorne with Doza for my cut and color! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. My hair turned out beautiful, and you can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. I highly recommend Doza if you’re looking for someone skilled, friendly, and professional!

Phillip is wonderful. Getting my hair done is always an anxiety inducing event for me (rough past hair experience ptsd) and he really listened to what I wanted and nailed it. He is very professional and skilled. I can probably say its the happiest I've ever been with a cut and color. Kalli is also fantastic! I can confidently say if you see either of them you're in good hands!

This week I had my hair cut by Kalli at the hawthorne location. It was the best hair cut of my life. I have never had someone take so much care with my hair. It was a truly amazing experience. I finally felt like my needs and wants were being understood. I highly recommend Kalli.

Doza is the BEST stylist and one of my favorite people on earth. She is easy to talk to, always down to try anything, and explains and adjusts the haircut and color based on my fine hair and ability. I would recommend her to anyone but especially people with fine hair!

The ordeal I went through recently was the worst experience with any business I've ever had. There is no respectful and responsive management available whatsoever, should an issue arise. They kept my money for 6 months without providing the product purchased and even ignored the Better Business Bureau's attempt to help me resolve the situation. I have now left Dosha as a loyal client of 15+ years and wanted to advise others. The process has been so frustrating and humiliating. I suffered from hair loss and decided to request hair extensions. I was advised that only one stylist at the Hawthorne location does them and it was required that I order hair through Dosha to ensure, "ethical sourcing" which was explained in a pretentious way.
