I needed a new barber, and did a bit of searching through reviews for someone who seemed both skilled at cutting hair and capable of having a thirty-minute conversation without making me feel like I was trapped in a chair dealing with a madman brandishing a razor. Donna got great reviews. Due to massive procrastination, I ended up with very little time before a dinner with friends, and a messy mass of hair and beard that made me look like I'd been panning for gold in the mountains for several months. I called her around 1:00 and asked if she could fit me in before 4:00. She told me to come at 3:30. I walked into her shop and immediately felt comfortable. She made me feel welcome, listened to what I was looking for, and got to work. She's fast and efficient. I got a great haircut and beard
