Donna Spa Salon

Saw Heather Parks who now has me blocked on social media and is hiding.I asked for my roots to be hilighted all over and a toner through out that was not gold or brassy. She agreed and said she was also going to pull some strands through to the end that were dark. Left with all over white silver and purple streaked hair with dark long roots. I scrubbed my hair to get the color out when I got home and looked in the mirror trying not to cry. In the shop she blamed it on the lighting and the toner being fresh. I had clumps of hair fall out, even at the wash bowl.. I have scalp burns and my roots are dark brown goldish and yellow. These pics are after washing it twice to get the white silver and purple out but look at the root work from a supposedly full root hilight. I was rudely denied any

Love the salon. It's a very clean and welcoming environment. The owner is so sweet and warm, she always checks on clients (even when she is not the one performing the service). Heather is my hairdresser, always does an amazing job. She listens to what you want and does a great job! I always leave satisfied. I recommend this place to everyone

Heather has been doing my hair going on two years now. she always does an amazing job and every time I’ve been pleased with my blonde hair!! She’s a great conversationalist and truly takes the time to get to know her clients. The hair salon itself is super cute and has a comfortable atmosphere.

I cannot say enough good things about this salon. The staff is amazing and it has that upscale salon/spa feeling the moment you walk in the door. I highly recommend Heather for your hair color needs, from fun colors to just a basic highlight. She’s amazing!
