I had the EXACT same experience as another customer. Posting their review below because lol the experience was 100% identical: Not a great haircut. The woman who cut my hair wasn’t paying much attention and when I asked her to blend my sides into a fade she seemed confused and didn’t do it. The edge of my neckline also turned out uneven. Walked out of there to get it fixed somewhere else.

Love this place my son and I come in every 2-3 weeks to see Penny , she's the best and always so amazingly kind to us <3 only place we will go for a haircut!

I've been getting my haircut here for about three years now. Everyone here is great! I usually do a walk-in and they can get to me in about 15-30 minutes depending on appointments. I've had my hair cut be each barber in the facility, and they all do a fantastic job for a great price.

Great place for haircuts. Been going here for about 20 yrs. Friendly stuff experienced. Never even thought about going elsewhere.

All the employees are down to earth and do a wonderful job, the only place I will go to get my hair cut in the Saratoga/Capital region. They always do great work and don't charge an arm and a leg. Been going here for a few years at this point and they still do a great job every person here is super talented.
