As a black woman with curly hair , the hair dresser I had did not know how to detangle my hair well . She was rushing through and will comb from the top down . And if it didn’t comb through she pulled it. I do not recommend this salon ! The prices aren’t shown until you check out !!! She couldn’t even tell me how it came up to that price . Something about we charge for shampoo conditioner…. Well is that not already included in the price of the wash ? I felt like I was scammed ! The cherry on top of it all she did not dye my hair the right color even after showing her pictures and asking if she needs to see it again. She said no. I also asked if she’s going to dye some of the pieces she left out which was my natural hair color she said yes it’ll turn brown . I feel like to service you need

I walked in and was not acknowledged whatsoever so i sat myself down waiting for assistance. A few minutes pass till i ask what the wait time was, they barely glanced at me, shrugged and seemed like i was bothering them. They finally tell me 40-1hour. I was like okay, let me be patient with them, but their energy was so weird i had to leave. Horrible customer service. I will never be back

Walked in without an appointment and was in and out ! Definitely black hair approved ! no damage or anything to my precious hair that I treat like gold ! I will apply before and after pictures .

A few weeks ago I just had the most amazing experience getting my hair done! I walked out feeling and looking more beautiful than ever. I absolutely love how my haircut turned out—it’s perfect! I'm so happy with the results! They always do a good job
