I think this is an awesome shop overall. I really respect their business and the work they’re doing. It’s beautiful to see a space where the stylists are clearly passionate about their craft, and I appreciated the person who worked on my hair as well. That said, there are a few things I noticed that I hope can be taken as constructive feedback. I think being a bit more delicate and gentle with clients’ hair would make a big difference. It would also be nice if there were more openness to listening to what clients are asking for, rather than challenging or pushing them toward something different. I was happily greeted by all the employees when I entered. My hair received a pre treatment for highlights. I had various shades of dark brown and hidden light brown. Gigi explained the process before, and as she was going along. She let me know it will take several hours. At one point my hair decided it did not want to take any more color And miss Gigi decided that she would terminate the coloring process at that point for the integrity of my hair. She did advise me to come back in several weeks and we can do a touchup on the color to continue the process. Overall, I was happy with the way it came out and I was especially thankful for her kindness and honesty. And we did have a lot of fun and laughs while I was there. Amazing experience at Gigi’s!! The team has ALWAYS done an amazing job on my hair and I greatly appreciate this salon. Gigi’s salon gave my hair life again and it shows. So glad that they are here in Orange County and I no longer need to go down to the city! Much love to you all♥️

Highly recommend this salon! Mercedes did my hair and she did an amazing job! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

I thank God I found Gigi’s hair salon about a year ago . My hair was thinning and the owner Gigi took her time telling me what hair products to buy for my hair loss. I have not lost any hair since I’ve been coming here. Gigi’s salon gave my hair life again .Gigi and her staffs are talented hair stylists and very humble.
