I asked for color and blow dry. Only one out of 3 “stylist” spoke English. Color did not take. After sitting under dryer for color, I was again sat under dryer when asked not to be. The lead lady pulled my hair out, that was all over the floor. A Spanish speaking sales lady came in and she allowed her to put some product on my hair. Then as she applied heat , it burned my hair. When I complained she pretended she did no understand. She spoke fluent French and Spanish but not fluent English. My hair looked and smelled terrible, from the burn, and she still charged $56. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT Recommend GOING THERE. AWFUL!! Heard her tell someone the regular stylist were on vacation. Very unprofessional!!!!!
1110/10 recommend , she was informative patient and so nice and sweet she gave me advice and tips about my hair care and made me feel super comfortable..
Very polite and welcoming. Very skilled with different styles. Great atmosphere.
