Velta is an excellent colorist, she gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had in awhile. She listens to what you are envisioning for yourself. She has this very calming aura that makes your whole experience with her very spa zen like. Best of all she uses very good products for color which I really appreciate since coloring your hair is already damaging. Highly recommend her!
