Extremely disappointed in the customer service. Was gifted a Groupon for this place. Called the Dorchester location about coming in that day, along with paying for extra services such as nail designs and possible eyebrow tinting on top of the Groupon service. They told me to call this location because their special "Groupon nail tech" wasn't in (not sure what that meant). Called this one and the first woman that picked up couldn't speak English, so she hands it to a second younger sounding woman who can speak a bit of basic English. She was kind enough to give the the owner's number and told me to let her know about the groupon and to ask if I could come in and about the additional services. If I could give 10 stars I would! Love this salon!!! They do they thing in here!!! Great atmosphere, excellent service, welcoming beautiful staff. I love my results every time! They are a one stop shop GET IN THERE FOR YOUR BEAUTY NEEDS. Go see my girl yulissa she is amazing!

It's really nice if you wanna get a perfect blowout, I got it from Rebecca. She is very friendly and does her job really well. She is amazing. Only downside is they don't use heat protectant Ig coz they use lot of heat. But it came out really good!!

I just had the most amazing experience at D’Laly’s salon. I was so scared because I’ve had such bad luck with my hair my entire life and I’ve always been so self conscious about it. Mabelyn changed my entire perspective of my hair in just 1 visit. She nourished it, brought it back to life and cut my ends. It’s so healthy, smooth and soft I can’t believe this is actually my hair. My hair has gone through a lot with so much breakage but She listened to all my needs, created a plan to heal and grow my hair while changing the way I think about it. This place will not disappoint!
