DL Nail Spa Orlando

I was charged 35 to take nails off and get a clear coat. They said $15 to take off, so you mean to tell me you charged me $20 for clear polish. Never again!!!! This was my 2nd time here, the first time was more pleasant and the price made sense. This will definitely be my last time!!! Tony was awesome but the price was ridiculous compared to other spas. I highly recommend Windermere Nails and Spa. I should have taken the 30 minute drive to get what I wanted this was a waste of time and money. I am very disappointed.

Very disappointed. My friend & I were extremely clear what we wanted for our manicure. The glazed donut. This cost an extra $15 each for the application of chrome powder. See pictures I posted. 1. what we requested. 2. what we got. Vote. 👍 - looks the same. 👎 - looks different. On top of this insult, i found out after we left, they charged us the extra $15 each for the chrome powder we never got. It was my friend's treat and I didn't know at the time. I do not recommend this place. Entire staff knew we weren't happy. They tried telling us it was the same. I'm not letting this go. We were robbed and insulted.

This was my first time going to DL Nail & Spa, and I had a great experience! As soon as you walk in, they greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. I didn’t have an appointment, but they took me right away, which was such a nice surprise. Lili did my nails,she’s very sweet, friendly, and did a really nice job. Hopefully my nails will last because at my previous salon they kept falling off, and that’s why I decided to try a new place. The salon itself is clean, pretty, and well kept. They even offer you water, which is a nice touch. There’s plenty of parking too, so it’s super convenient. Overall, I had a great first impression and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and reliable nail salon. 💅

I AM a licensed esthetician AND a licensed nail tech. I came to get a pedicure on my birthday 12/17. The nail tech used a DOG DRILL on my toes to remove the old gel and didn’t remove the all the gel on my toes. All that was done was “gel removal” , cuticle cut, and nails cut. Barely even filed the nails and it was $40. I asked her not to paint my toes because I was already so dissatisfied and the gel and French were $20 more. I didn’t ask for a refund in the moment because I’m too nice, but the more the days pass the more upset I become. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

Today was my first time at this salon and I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Kelly. She did a great job with my pedicure and dip powder manicure. She was gentle and very neat which is exactly what I look for when getting my nails done. Thank you for great service. I'll be back!
