I've been coming to DJ's for almost 10 years and every visit has been an exceptional experience. The barbers here are consistent, detail-oriented, and take the time to make sure you're happy with your cut. It's a welcoming, low-key shop where the quality of work speaks for itself. My boyfriend has been going here for months now and has never had a problem with his haircuts here with Vicki (SP?) but today, he had Tommy and to say he did a bad job is an understatement. The haircut is so uneven, patchy, you can still see where he didn't blend one of the sections, the left and the right sides are uneven. My bf even vocalized that it wasn't even so Tommy kept going up higher and higher to the point where he just wanted to say forget it. When he told the woman at the front desk that it was a bad haircut, there was no apology or even any effort to take accountability for her barber's mistakes. Very unprofessional and unfortunate...
