Asked to have my undercut shaved at a zero. She gave me a fade...and took a big chunk out of the long hair. Seems like shaving a straight line that has already been done would be easy for a trained professional. Was it asking too much?

Great talent and service Adriana and her team always give the perfect cut and make you feel welcome. After a bad cut with lots of damage to my hair, Adriana nursed it back to health. I won’t go anywhere else.

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance because I’m going out of town and need my hair re-layered, toned and highlighted and when I showed up for my appointment the owner and stylist made me leave because my 2 year old won’t wear a face mask and because they said they can’t have kids waiting! I would rate this salon as unprofessional and would give them zero stars because they should’ve told me when I called to schedule the appointment. They missed out on a lot of $ so their loss! I would not recommend going here! It’s a hole in the wall in the ghetto. Go somewhere else!

Have you ever felt like taking $275 out of your wallet, wiping your butt with it, and flushing it down the toilet? Me neither. Well, that's what happens when you go to this place. Paid $275 and took 5½ HOURS for a very young lady who appeared to be working under another stylist (who knows really because she didn't speak English to ask her) to do all over color plus highlights. If we were in a very relaxing spa/salon where we could enjoy the atmosphere and have great customer service with a bonifide hair stylist, yes, that would make sense, but this was a hole in the wall and there were no additional services provided. Wonderful experience! My stylist listened and was friendly and thorough. Felt taken care of and appreciated as a customer. Good prices and clean studio.
