This store sold me fake Creed Aventus and another fake Lacoste perfume. I have video evidence and a receipt to prove it. The product was clearly not authentic — from packaging quality to scent, it’s obvious. When I came back 30 minutes later to address the issue and get a refund, the staff refused and became aggressive. They even called the police, but thankfully, the police were helpful and gave me information to take further action. I’ll be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Dolphin Mall management, and I’m considering legal action. Be warned, this place is a scam.

I bought a Glenn Perri Paris Unpredictable You men’s perfume at this store, based on the salesperson’s recommendation. I ended up paying $99.66, which I later found out was more than double its actual value. On my way home, I looked it up and saw it sells for around $40 elsewhere — currently even on sale at Walmart for $25. The salesperson also asked if I could pay in cash, which felt suspicious in hindsight. I feel seriously misled and overcharged. Definitely not coming back.

I bought the perfume in this place and I wanted to return because I have found a better deal , i wasn’t able to do that because of the store’s policy , so the nice lady give me a chance the exchange the product, but the perfume was much cheaper that I have , I felt cheated , because I have no idea about the prices of those perfumes 😌 I don’t recommended because they don’t have respect with the costumers 😡 The perfume is in the picture the lady said was $120 and my return was $79 I was agree because I have no idea she was lying , in Amazon the same perfume is no more the $50 …

Don’t buy here! Perfumes are fake and sooo expensive!!! My husband bought for me perfume as a gift for Christmas. I was wearing that perfume before so I know how it should smell. The one my husband bought looked exactly the same as I had but the smell was horrible! Just awful! I’m so disappointed as well as my husband. And of course they don’t accept returns. It’s not difficult to guess why… because they would get many returns from unhappy customers!!! They should be closed!!

Very very dodgy shop. Went in to purchase a perfume that the lady recommended and she originally stated that it was $240 but she would do me a deal for $150. Eventually after declining several times she offered it to me for $75 and I stupidly agreed. Once I got home I realised the perfume in question was selling for around $40-45, so she was willing to rip me off. In all I spent $270 on 3 perfumes/Aftershaves in this shop that I would say have a real value of $200. Be very very careful as they also do not put individual prices on the receipts. They are operating in a very shady manor.
