This place is seriously disappointing. The hairstylist Theresa who owns this place is very unprofessional. I have visited her after making an appointment only to have her be super late or have another client take my slot during my appointed session. Never visiting this place again especially after my 4/6 appointment was delayed by an hour as she had taken a walk in prior to my arrival (who supposedly had made an appointment but could not be confirmed). I called Theresa out on it and she and the client banded together to call me problematic since I didn't want to be kept waiting as I had made an appointment for two. The client cursed me out thinking I wouldn't understand Spanish with Theresa backing her up saying I'm causing trouble. I ended up not liking how my hair was styled and pointed

Services were good until she asked to cut my ends and proceeded to show me she how much she was cutting off so I felt comfortable with it then she cut of a good 4-5 inches MORE off my hair

My 1O year old daughter was supposed to be under the dryer for 5 min she left her under longer to do her makeup!!! There were nips of liquor an modelo beer all over the salon a crawling roach on the floor an to top it off the whole time she burned my daughter with the flat iron never again!!!!

Teresa is very professional and always love how she does my hair. this is always going to be my place. THANK YOU!!
