went to this nail salon to originally get sns manicure done. it did not turn out how i wanted them to look and i wrote a review about the experience. the nail salon was very apologetic about the first set i had and offered to do them for free. i accepted this and went to the salon the next day. i had a different nail tech, Sunny, who did an amazing job on the white nails i selected for the redo. she was very kind and helpful. if i originally got this set i would have given it 5 stars. its rare to have a nail salon contact you and apologize as well as give another set for free. i am happy with how it turned out!

I love this Nail Shop! I’ve been going here for about a year now since recently moving to Winston-Salem and they have the best customer service! Anna and Lisa are the best! They did my nails and pedicure at the same time and they did an amazing job! If you want a nice relaxing place to get your nails done with no wait, don’t hesitate to check this place out ! :)

I had a wonderful experience today! I got gel pedicure and Ruth was so sweet and did an amazing job! My feet feel amazing! I also love that they play soothing gospel music! I would give them 10/10! Also the hot stones and foot massage was superb!

I love coming here. The atmosphere is pleasant and everyone is friendly. I'm very picky and they work to make sure I'm satisfied. Sunny is my tech and she is a perfectionist which I love.

Diva is under new management and they have done some amazing updates! New pedicure chairs and decor. New system to sign in. I met the owner and manager. Wonderful people. Definitely recommend them!
