Went in for an acrylic fill and came out with whatever this is. They’re uneven and the nail polish is everywhere and she didn’t even get all of the old polish off before putting on the new one. My nephew also wanted a manicure which was originally $15 but he wanted a color so they originally said it would stay $15 for regular polish only for the lady to come back to me and say that her boss said it would be $25 for either type of nail polish. His came out fine I just don’t understand the pricing I guess?

I have been coming here for over 10 years and am extremely upset after today's visit. My nails are so sloppy and horrible looking! Most are uneven, not shaped properly, acrylic laid incorrectly, lopsided, paint on my skin, a simple heart not done right, a simple French not done right, lines sloppy, I was cut and bleeding in not one- but three different fingers (she wiped my bleeding finger on a towel, who knows if it was even clean, I could catch an infection, Not even an apology was given!). It is PAINFUL. I did not get to ask them to fix it today as my child was with me and couldn't wait any longer and she just wanted to go, and I need someone who actually knows how to do nails to fix this. this is by far the best nail place I’ve ever been to. The nail techs are so kind and the owner is amazing too. I always get my nails done by Kate and she does amazing work and charges a great price. I would definitely suggest to go here always. This has been my go to spot for a while now, thank you so much for everything and for always being so kind! I went to the one in the mall for my birthday nails. I told the lady they were for my birthday and she said to zip it cause she’s gonna take care of me… LOL .. the pictures speak for themselves. I went to the owner in Walmart nail spa to fix them today.. it says the open at 10am. It’s 10:20am and they are closed. I’m so annoyed. Never again. I have to go to a nail salon in Waterbury pay again..to get them fix. She needs to close the nail spa in the mall down.

I asked for this design down below and the lady most definitely did not know how to do the design! For starter, she asked how I wanted my nails and I told her. So we both had an understanding and she said she UNDERSTOOD what I was saying and we agree on $70.00. Next she’s saying $80.00 because she didn’t understand.. so she JIPPED me because overall I paid $90 for nails that only stayed on for a DAY because they were done POORLY.. they ALL started popping off and one nail was already broken when I left the salon because it broke while she was doing my nails and she just put paint over it 😂 and then she cut my fingers multiple times and she knew because I was BLEEDING.. if these weren’t my birthday nails and I wasn’t crunched on time I definitely wouldn’t have stayed!
