Diva Nails (DC Ranch next to Safeway)

Jojo and Sia did a great job on my Pedicure and dip nail manicure. I was taken immediately upon my arrival and was done in 1/12 hour for both. No detail was missed and I am very happy with the outcome. Nice job ladies!! I will be back.

Always Excellent!!! Tracy is as close to magic as I’ve ever found. She goes above and beyond for me every time I come and I never leave without perfect nails and I’m so relaxed I could fall asleep in the chair. I feel like a princess and I’m treated like royalty!! This is truly a special place and Tracy is a very special lady. Part of me hates to post this because I love not having to make appointments but she deserves to the business because she literally is the best I’ve ever found!!

4 years and going strong. I’ve tried several other nails spas and keep returning to Diva Nails as my top choice. There is a core of nail techs who are reliable and committed. When you are a regular they make sure you are well cared for. The biggest challenge is the language barrier, but they truly want to deliver a great experience and will work with you to make sure you’re happy.

I visited this nail salon last month and got a pedicure there. They did a good job on my pedicure, but I didn’t want to return because I had to wait over 10 minutes just to pay, and no one helped me check out. Eventually, the girl who did my pedicure came out to charge me and apologized, saying the receptionist was asleep. Honestly, I couldn’t believe it. Today, I came back around 2 PM because my friend got a really beautiful GelX set here and I wanted to try it too. But when I walked in, there was no receptionist at the front and no one greeted or welcomed me. I was extremely frustrated and felt like this salon doesn’t care about its customers. If you don’t need business, then it would be better for you to just shut down.

I love Diva Nails and have made it my regular nail salon! They are great at acrylic gel and gel pedicures. Michelle, Tracey, Kevin and Sue are the best! My boyfriend and I got pedicures today and are loving them!
