Today when I walked in I said I want change and boy did she change it. I love Rosa she is the best and always leaves you feeling beautiful

Rosa is an ungrateful and unprofessional individual who seems to forget the ETHICS of a professional hair dresser! She does not value her clients who have gone to her for decades! She is selective with them and has MAJOR attitude when trying to schedule a hair appointment! She lacks tact and comes off condescending, maybe not to MEN, but to women she does! Be prepared to wait for her when scheduling an appointment, and if and when you arrive to your appointment, you STILL have to wait to be seen by her. She stresses to you not arrive late, but yet makes you wait at least half an hour before she attends to you. Again, maybe not everyone experiences this type of treatment, but it's what she's best at, being callous with certain people.

Rosa always gets my hair looking good. Clean cut, straight lines, she is a great!
