Door was locked even though the open sign is ON. I called to ask if they’re open and they hung up. I called back, didn’t pick up the phone. Disappointed because I was researching black owned beauty supply stores to support after the controversy with a popular wig glue company. Also the parking lot is awful. Completely uneven and very steep to drive down. Be careful & watch your step. I won’t be back.

Since it's opening day in 2004/05 all the girls in my family still frequent this amazing place and the owner is so wonderful to go out his way to help each patron that arrived with a friendly smile and awesome rapport.... this by far is always the best customer experience ever for us and the prices are extremely affordable and it's always fully stocked with all the products you'll need. Not to mention how this is a black owned business as ❤️‍🩹☺️🙏
