Discount Beauty Supply

I gave this a 4Star because of my interactig with the cashier. Unfortunately, the outside of the store isn't aesthetically pleasing. Entering the store no one greeted you. A man walked right passed me while being on the phone. Didn't offer any help etc. Initially the gentleman who assisted me was unfriendly, seemed agitated and not wanting to be bothered. However, he remained patient as I made requests for the hair I would like to look at. I am a very particular person so I appreciated his assistance. At the end he helped me pick the best hair color for me and I made a purchase. He was kind toward the end of our transaction and more talkative. We never know what others are going through and being kind goes a long way. I made a second visit the same day, that cashier was more welcoming

They have definitely went downhill!!! Over charging no more discounts or good prices. Terrible attitudes besides the younger guy with glasses he’s the best but overral you guys should be ashamed.

If you're looking for a place with cheap products and cheap service this might be the place for you I went in there trying to find some sort of cream or gel to help with my puffy hair and the guy was not able to help me so I just went down the block to Beauty Supermarket which honestly is a bigger store and better service

I must say each time I shop here I find something new that I didn't know they carried before. . They have great bargains and very friendly, courteous, helpful and attentive. I reccomend anyone shopping here. I spoke with the person that was checking me out at the register, I'm not sure if she was the owner or an employee, in either case, she was so nice and helpful. Well I disclosed to her I needed something to help with the dark acne spots on my face and she reccomend this complexion cream which is mild, and she assured me that it would work very well and that I would be please, also reminding me to be patient, but it will get better. The store is well equipped with beauty products; however, customer service is not! The two men there are very aggressive in tone and demeanor. It was my first time there and my last time. I'll go to Elegant and other beauty supply stores further away from my home before I go back to them. Just disgusting characters.
