I had a very disappointing experience at this beauty supply store. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive — they did not greet me when I entered, and they treated me with clear disrespect throughout my visit. Prices seemed inconsistent, and I was quoted higher prices at the register than what was displayed on the shelves. Overall, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable shopping here. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves how customers are treated.

Terrible I have been patronizing this location for years I attempted to purchase a couple of bundles of wet and wavy hair and after seeing two packets I decided I did not like the quality of the hair and because i proceeded to ask my questions I was called out of my name and told to get out I have seen the owners talk down to other brown skin and black people but I thought it was due to stealing or something like that I never thought that I would be a victim of their racism and disrespect. They are overpriced and have a limited selection

The men that work in the shop are rude.. I called in advance to make sure they were open, they said yes and hung up the phone on me.. I got there in less than two minutes because I live locally, but I use rideshare apps because I don't have a car. When I walked in they started speaking in their native tongue, but I was able to hear the word Cash in between their words and they begin to laugh. They waited for me to gather everything I needed and once I got to the register, that is when they decided to tell me they're only taking cash. I paid $10 round trip to go to the shop when they could have told me on the phone that they were only taking cash. They wasted my time, and they thought it was funny. I wasted my money showing up there, it's not the first time they've been rude, and I know it

The staff at the store demonstrated unprofessional behavior, displaying rudeness and a lack of respect in their interactions with customers. As a result, I have decided not to make any future purchases from them. I would advise others to consider alternative stores for a better customer experience.

I am no way telling you were to spend your hard working money but this place is horrible to shop in. They speak to you like they putting money out pockets not the other way around. DO NOT SHOP THERE! Take your money where you welcomed
