Everyone was so kind! They did an amazing job in my nails. I felt so much better after my pedicure too.

Wonderful experience all around! The staff helped me pick out a beautiful color to get as a trial wedding set (we found the perfect combo!!!). I felt so comfortable during my entire visit. I got a mani/pedi. The quality of both were by far the best I have ever received. The pedicure lasted over an hour with a phenomenal massage. A very relaxing self care day.

I absolutely adore this salon! Every single stylist there is incredible. They’re so friendly and welcoming, and the salon is always spotless. My nails are always looking absolutely stunning after a visit. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their clients and want to make them feel special. I’ve been to multiple nail salons in Grove City, but this one is definitely the top of the list.

I had a very bad experience at this salon recently. I came in with a nail design I showed my tech, Thuyna, and she told me she could do it. After applying my base colors, she realized she actually couldn’t do the design. At that point, I was forced to pick a different design that didn’t go with the base colors I already had on. If I had known from the start that she couldn’t do the design, I would’ve chosen an entirely different inspo photo. When she told me she couldn’t do it, her boss even came over and scolded her, telling her she should always let a client know beforehand if she isn’t capable of doing a design. That moment right there is when I should’ve been offered a refund or at least a partial one. Throughout the appointment, I spoke up multiple times about the shape of the nails

This nail salon really cares about the quality of work. A man was always walking around and looking at the work being done to make sure that clients were happy; I’ve never experienced that at any nail salon before. Also! They call you by first name the whole time you’re there. How does the whole staff know my name??!! It’s brilliant work towards customer satisfaction and making us feel valued and like we matter to them.
