My wife had an absolutely amazing experience at the Dior Spa. The facial massage was exceptional, relaxing, restorative, and truly next level. Lauren and Destiny were both incredibly knowledgeable, not only about the treatments but also about the rich history of Dior, which made the experience feel thoughtful and immersive. Their hospitality was just as impressive as their expertise. The coffee was delicious, the space was filled with beautiful flowers, and the entire environment was inspiring and serene. A truly special experience from start to finish.

From the moment I arrived, the entire team made the visit feel luxurious, relaxing, and genuinely special. Angela and Laura are outstanding massage therapists — both attentive, highly skilled, and wonderfully intuitive in tailoring the treatment to exactly what my body needed. Their professionalism and calming presence immediately put me at ease and made the session deeply restorative. Jay went above and beyond by helping me source a beautiful bag as a Valentine’s gift, taking the time to understand what I was looking for and ensuring everything was perfect. That level of thoughtful service truly elevated the visit. Audra also deserves special recognition for coordinating everything

My experience at Dior Spa New York was absolutely luxurious. The ambience was beautiful and serene, the massage was deeply relaxing, and the signature scents were amazing. The service was exceptional—from the water and tea to the champagne and cookie, every detail felt thoughtful and indulgent. A truly elevated spa experience. Highly recommend.

The Dior Spa is now officially my happy place. My zen. My every-two-month treat to myself. It’s luxury at its finest. I first visited in August, just a couple of weeks after they opened, for a Hydrafacial with the D-Scalp add-on. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted so warmly by two women at reception (I wish I remembered their names...they are absolutely lovely!). Immediately, you’re offered a cold towel, an elixir, and your choice of beverage. The ambiance is divine. Oh my gosh. The experience doesn’t even cost that much more than my usual spa, but the service? Out of this world. As I relaxed on the couch, sipping my delicious elixir, my esthetician, Miriam, came out to greet me. She took me to a private bathroom, spotless, stocked with Dior everything, and I’m still dreaming of

Hubby and I visited the Dior flagship store the first weekend in February and while shopping managed to book couples Facials in the spa for the following morning. He had never had one, I have had a few. It was a great experience! The team was very accommodating and friendly, the amenities were clean and serene and the facials were really great quality! Even the pricing of services was not that far off from a 'regular' spa service. Dinah and Jodie were really great to work with, and I would visit them again the next time we come to the big city! Even the front desk staff were really nice and walked around the lobby with me chatting about the various items on display and the history of fragrance and skin care from Dior. Will definitely return!
