Worst haircut I’ve ever had. Showed a picture and described how it should look. She ignored that and gave me a mohawk.

I asked for a medium clean haircut, the lady shaved the sides of my head and left the top hanging, it looked like a wig or an upside down birds nest. I went elsewhere nearby to get it fixed and the lady said that I was not the first victim today

I asked for a simply fade on the side (even explained it thoroughly in simple words) and ask for a light trim on the top and to keep an inch of hair on the top. Even showed a reference picture. I ended up getting nearly all my hair shaved off on the sides, and on top of that I had 0.25 of an inch of hair left on the top of my head. They did not take their time either and rushed with my cut. They charged me an extra 8 dollars the second time I went, so I left no tip. Will not be returning, humiliating haircut. If you have a teen boy, do not get his hair cut here. They will not cut hair as requested and once he goes to school he will be humiliated by the embarrasing haircuts they give here. Avoid this place at all costs

Sign in store is not accurate. States 10+ for beard trim. Base rate is 20, not 10. Additionally although it is listed on sign, they do not do beard trims unless you pay to get your hair trimmed as well. Bad marketing when many disabled individuals come to the mall for their enrichment, maybe set up shop somewhere else.
