I visited Dillard’s today and purchased a few products, and I want to highlight the amazing service I received from Hala at Clarins. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me choose the right cream. Hala explained everything clearly, gave the best recommendations, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Employees like her make a real difference — professional, friendly, and truly excellent at her job. Dillard’s and Clarins are lucky to have someone with her level of skill and customer service. I had a wonderful experience with Amna at the Dior department. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Amna took the time to understand my preferences and helped me choose the perfect perfume. Her knowledge of fragrances is excellent, and she explained everything with great confidence and care. Thanks to her guidance, I left feeling very satisfied with my choice. Truly outstanding customer service.

I love Dillard's and usually have great experiences but will never shop at this particular store due to poor customer service. Very accustomed to a certain level of professionalism and customer satisfaction that was absent at this particular location. In an instance where I wanted to exchange an item for a smaller size which happens occasionally, in retail-the return process turned out to be difficult to manage for the Post Oak location. The Memorial or Sugar Land locations definitely have better customer service.

Loved shopping here until today. There lady fought me on the price that was clearly marked. Asked for a manager and after 4 requests she finally called one. He arrived and was dismissive, rude and when I tried to explain the situation he said "We were having a conversation for nothing". Dillards Do Better!!!!!!
