I walked with a color in mind. I asked if she can braid same color. She responded that she knows what it is. I trusted her expertise .Braiding was a torture and bad. Left my middle bald. They threatened they to leave and attend to somebody else when l complained they pulling tight. Releasing the color was different, I called to discussed but owner swear by her God that she knows that color and that the internet have filtered it according to her kids. She insisted her teenagers were right!I contacted 2 professional salons, website that posted that photo and YouTube. Color wasn’t what she gave me. She said her teenagers can take a photo of my hair and filter to look like the color l wanted. I have paid $200 to be ridiculed.

The color l requested vs the one l got . Owner said her kids said they can take photo, filter it and make it look like what l requested. Braids super tight with bald middle. I am deeply hurt because l like them. 2 independent professional braiders, website and YouTube gave the color but owner said her choice is right cox all the sources filtered theirs.

All else is wrong except owner and hitech kids. Braids were bald in the middle , very tight with split ends. No one should pay to be ridiculed like this.

Horrible experience!!! A week prior to my appointment I did a consultation showed them the pictures and videos of the hair style I wanted, the cost, how many packs of hair I needed, and scheduled the appointment. I came back the day before my appointment to confirm the date and time and go over the style again. On the day of the service the experience went down hill. The parts and braids were sloppy. I asked them multiple times within 3 1/2 hours to fix things that were wrong or redo the parts. I showed them pictures of what I wanted and it still wasn’t done correctly. We agreed on full boho braids with 5 strands of human hair. I found out one lady put 4 strands on the braid while another lady was putting only 2 strand of human hair on the braid. The owner (a male) is rude!

Staff was AMAZING and SO HELPFUL. Braided my hair without an appointment. Service was quick, friendly and inexpensive. Very HAPPY I went here.
