They were so sweet and accommodating, not just to myself but to all of the customers who were receiving services at the same time as myself (who happened to be elderly, and each one was handled with such care which stuck out to me even more). I have very short natural nails for work, and they did such a nice job with a French gel manicure for having so little to work with. Highly recommend!

HANDICAPPED ACCOMMODATIONS! My father is disabled (bound to an electric wheelchair) and lives on his own. He has come to this salon on multiple occasions for a pedicure, because he can’t cut his own toenails, and has been denied service each time he’s gone. At first we believed that it was because this salon did not take walk-ins, so today we made him an appointment at 4:30. They took his appointment and when he got there, he was denied a pedicure. After this, he had asked if they could simply cut his toenails. Again, they refused. I called and asked why he was denied service and they explained to me that they “did not have time” to cut his nails. He arrived at 4:30 and they close at 6 according to the website. i went there after work hoping for a nice relaxing time and instead i got rushed and scammed out of hard earned money. we went in at 4:30, given their sign on the door said they closed at 6 they had told us they would still take us. 4 of my nails were longer than asked for so after asking her to file them down she just barely filed 3/4 of them for me. sides are lifting and my nails are wayyy too thin. never going here again. and on top of that she couldnt even do the pumpkin design i had asked for, which was a simple pumpkin on the tip of my nail. severely disappointed.
