Today Nov. 14 2025 we parked at this place at 8:00pm. There was a car that was just going around. We thought it was a “seedy”character. But what we noticed was it was a car that was probably giving out tickets. we had a bright blue rental with Colorado license plates.These people are obviously crooks. It’s not worth the hassle to park at this place. WE ARE NEVER EVER PARKING HERE AGAIN. And we are contacting the Better Business Bureau because THIS IS A SCAM. WE ARE MÁD AS HELL. THESE JERKS ARE ROBBING PEOPLE AND SOMEONE SHOULD COMPLAIN TO THE CITY.

Today September 12, 2025 we parked at this place at 7:00 pm and paid for 2 hours parking. We got there 5 minutes late and the jerks than run this DIAMOND PARKING already left us a ticket for $60.00. We just called their phone number at 10:03 pm and no one answered. These people are obviously crooks. It’s not worth the hassle to park at this place. WE ARE NEVER EVER PARKING HERE AGAIN. And we are contacting the Better Business Bureau because THIS IS A SCAM. WE ARE MÁD AS HELL. THESE JERKS ARE ROBBING PEOPLE AND SOMEONE SHOULD COMPLAIN TO THE CITY.

I tried to get away with parking in their lot for 15 minutes and I got a ticket. That's cool, that's on me. But I tried to pay on their website and it wouldn't pull up. I waited a couple of days for the ticket to enter their system and it still didn't show. I called in and they told me they couldn't process a hand written ticket over the phone and to email in the notice number. The ticket itself says I need to send a check through the mail. It's 2023! Let me just venmo you right now. Why are we bringing email and the post office into this?

I heard many horror stories about this company; when I received a late fee in the mail for a ticket I didn't receive (or must've blown away in the wind), I called expecting the worse, but to my surprise they were very quick and helpful on the phone. Not only did she explain what might've happened, she also waived the fee completely and helped me settle the issue under five minutes. I was very pleased with my experience.

Be warned, don't let your parking expire with this terrible company. Not only are the fines outrageous at $45, but they charge a "handling fee" plus a payment processing fee, as if that ticket wasn't enough. I will walk a mile before using one of their parking lots ever again. Too bad they have a near monopoly on "managing" parking lots in Salt Lake City.
