I had such an amazing experience at Diamond Nailspa! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The salon is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. My nails came out absolutely perfect—they took their time, paid attention to detail, and made sure I loved the final look. I also appreciated how gentle they were and how comfortable the whole service felt. This is definitely my go-to nail salon. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work and an amazing overall experience! ✨

Went with my friend and daughter. A little pricey but a fun treat. The Staff is wonderful so nice and respectful. Nails look great we will see how long it lasts. ***update my dip lasted 3 solid weeks! I may have been able to get 4 but i didn't want to push it Loving this new look.

Beautiful French tips (dip powder). Didn’t get nail techs name but she did a wonderful job, didn’t rush and made sure my nails were evenly cut and also ensured my French tip weren’t just a straight line. 10/10 service and super chill vibe inside.

I started going to Diamond Nail Spa when I moved here in 2023. They were very consistent and could always get you in. The greeters are always so kind. However, I always get gel manicures when I don’t get acrylic but it is an additional $20 and rarely lasts past two days. I do not experience this at other salons. Additionally, my last two experiences I had a servicer named Susan I believe. She was very rude both times and even a little rough. She also did my sister’s and was very rude. This was very disappointing as I am bringing more business and she is a teenager. Additionally, it appears that she rushes the process and does not perform all steps that are listed with the pedicures we booked. I’d also add that these were not busy days, so not sure why the rush. This was very disappointing

I would give this nail salon a 0 out of 5 if I could. My experience was extremely disappointing. The nail technician rushed through my appointment, spending only 10-20 minutes on my nails, and it was obvious she was more focused on getting to the next customer than doing a quality job. My nails weren’t even filed properly, and the shapes didn’t match at all. To make matters worse, one of my nails broke the very next day. When I went back to have it fixed and pointed out the issues with the filing and shape, the technician acted like I had no reason to be concerned. Instead of taking responsibility, she made me feel like I was being unreasonable. Overall, I left completely disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.
