I don’t leave many reviews but this was an experience. I couldn’t get into my normal salon for a manicure and needed to have an acrylic set removed and replaced. So I decided to try this spot. The removal was brutal. No acetone was used, but rather a loose acrylic nail that was shoved under each of my acrylic nails until they popped off. It was both painful and hard to ignore the nail damage being done. As soon as the tech finished removing the last nail I stopped the manicure and left. Photos of the damage.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Diamond Nail Salon and Spa and would genuinely welcome a professional response from management. I paid $40 for a basic manicure that lasted approximately 15 minutes. My nails were barely filed — only at the tips — and my cuticles were not properly removed, despite me expressing concern more than once during the service. No corrections were made. The technician appeared visibly irritated throughout the appointment. She was continuously sighing, speaking in a sharp tone, and making it clear through her demeanor that she was frustrated while performing the service. The manicure felt rushed from start to finish. In over 10 years of getting my nails done, this place had the best quality. I like to visit a wide variety of shops and have been to tons of nail salons. None of them can match the experience or expertise at this location. I had planned for extra time since most salons are running late. Much to my pleasure, when I walked in they were expecting me by name and had a seat ready for me. We were off to a good start. I've been moving and my nails had all torn off and were in very bad shape. It didn't matter, within a few minutes they already looked beautiful. Perhaps I shouldn't be surprised since I soon learned that the gentleman helping me had been doing nails for 27 years! I’ve been coming here for years and always enjoyed my pedicures. I recently started getting acrylics with Jimmy and his wife. They are always accommodating to my design request. Def recommend if you are looking to get acrylics.
