Diamond Nails

They always leave me nails looking amazing and me happy. Their prices are fair and the people are always nice. My go to place. If you're coming on a weekend get there early! Because it gets packed fast. Weekdays are much better if you can swing it.

they are ok. when they do decide to help you they do a good job. it’s how they greet you that was my personal issue. I checked their times, got their 4 hrs before they were to close and they asked if I had an appointment. they would have helped if I would have called and made an appointment. yet when I got there they were only helping out one other customer and she was sitting down watching TV. It’s probably best if you call before showing up

The place is clean and the service and prices are good as well, I had been going since 2 years but I recommend you Hanna, she does a really job because I tried with the other ones but I did like it If you go to this place make your appointment with Hanna, good luck finding your manicurist.

Came here as a walk in two times months apart. Both times was told it would be a 15 minute wait. One time no one else waiting the other one person waiting. Only to be told after waiting for over 20 minutes to come back later or another day. If you only take appointments say that when a customer walks in, not after waiting only to be told to "leave come back later or another day" . Why check me in and say you can do my nails and tell me wait 15 minutes to then come up to me later, after waiting for over 20, to tell me nevermind leave come back another day? 2 times! Never had a bad experience at a place where I haven't even had a chance to be a patron. Definitely won't try for a 3rd time ridiculous.

I visited other salon in Downey but had terrible service. Very Happy with Diamond Salon even though I have been there before , I'm not a regular customer only on special occasions is when I get my nails done. Happy Customer.
