UPDATE: You do have my number ( and obviously I cannot post it here) and also you have my email, because I also sent an email explaining this. The job was very untidy and she HURT me! The woman hurt me, when she left smeared polish in my skin and cuticle, she just trimmed the skin, and now I'm hurting and with little cuts. Even worse, I told them this and they just chose to ignore me. If I had seen they were trying to fix their mistake, I wouldn't be writing this review. The overall job was untidy and the lady pretended nothing happened. Also, very difficult to communicate with them if you ask for advice or suggestions, I speak 2 languages, but it wasn't enough. Highly disappointed. We all make mistakes but we should be accountable, they shouldn't have ignored me.

Holly is the best at this salon! I’ve been with her for years and have followed her throughout her career. She’s become family and i appreciate her so much. She always does an amazing job on my nails. They never break and she is always down to try the crazy designs i bring her (within reason)! She is also gentle and takes her time to ensure perfection with both shape and polish. She has a forever customer in me. Highly recommend!!!

I got a gel manicure and asked for the Nail Tech to take the polish all the way down to the nail cuticle. She refused to do it and called a male technician or owner to complete the polishing of the nails. He gave me attitude when I asked him to take it all the way down and to ensure that polish is covering the side of the nail too. They offered poor customer service and in fact gave me attitude and push back. The massage was not good and only lasted 30-45 seconds using lotion that dried up quickly. Poor customer service and the gel is too thick. I would not recommend this establishment. Give customers what they ask for without attitude and talking in foreign language.

I had an appointment on 5/13 @9:00AM. The services I received were a dip manicure and a gel pedicure. The pedicure was nice, no complaints. However, my manicure was such a disappointment. I've been getting dip manicures regularly for the past 2 years (at a different nail salon) and I loved it every time. For convenience, I decided to come to this location. Right off the bat, I could tell the tech was inexperienced. She filed my nails unevenly so I respectfully asked her to fix it. She was inconsistent with application so one hand got about 6-10 layers of powder, while the other hand had approximately no more than 3 layers.
