I had such a horrible experience with tape‑ins elsewhere that I had honestly given up hope on my hair. Then I started watching the transformation videos from Di Lusso Salon, and something in me said to give it one more try. I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and genuinely cared for. The atmosphere is amazing — warm, stylish, and full of good energy. I first went in just to have my tape‑ins moved, and it was the quickest, most painless appointment I’ve ever had. I ended up coming back for a full transformation: blonde to brunette with a weft install. And WOW. I walked out feeling like a brand‑new person. My confidence came back instantly. I originally had an appointment with a different stylist who was not there that day, but Cloe stepped in and did an amazing job. She really took her time and put in so much effort, and my haircut turned out exactly how I wanted. Cloe also made the effort to have conversation with me, which I really appreciated since I can be a bit awkward. She made the experience very comfortable. The blowout was perfect and made my thin hair look thick and bouncy. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend her.

first time at this salon. i usually travel pretty far to get my haircut, but decided to try a local place this time. i chose jaden as my hairdresser, and she did wonderful on my cut. she also likes to connect with customers, which is nice. i got stares at my hair when going shopping after. five stars.

My son and I went for haircuts and the service was amazing. You tell them what cut you want and they'll actually give it to you with some advice on what cut would look good on you. I also went for a free facial before and it was very relaxing. Definitely would recommend.
