Love this store! I came in to purchase hair, and since I am an inexperienced hair shopper, Kam was very helpful. She took the time to explain the different types of hair. The store looks really nice. The service was excellent, and I was very, very happy with my purchase in end.

Katy help me out so much. This is my first time ever buying bundles. She explained the difference of the hair to me, what would look good on my round face, the quality of hair everything. I love my first experience of buying hair. I’ve had dreads over 20 yrs and just recently cut them. Thank you for you patience with me. Excellent customer service

I came in to Dhair (My stylist’s recommendation) around 2:30 pm on a Thursday. I was the only one in there but Ken (the Dhair employee) gave me one-on-one attention. I am new to buying bundles so her feedback was extremely welcome. They had lengths from 12”- 28” which was awesome so I could hold them up to my hair and get an accurate idea of how they would look on me. Ken wrapped my curly Burmese bundles very carefully as well. Can’t wait to bring them to my stylist next week to have them installed! I’ll be back again whenever I need quality, raw bundles again. Customer service was great.

I came in 11/10 i was in the store for at least an hour trying to decide which texture i wanted. I knew i was about to spend some money because i needed 4 bundles and a closure last minute to attend funeral. I had already heard mixed reviews but i still wanted to try for myself. I am so upset. The bundles i took home to immediately color. The Cambodian closure didn’t take color well at all. I bleached the brown bundle twice and still didn’t turn blonde. So i couldn’t even bleach the other one like i needed. I will NEVER purchase hair from here again. I am so made i spent $1000!!!! You don’t do people like this. I was warned and still gave yall my business.

I have been a long-time customer of DHairBoutique and have always appreciated the quality of their products. However, I am very disappointed with my most recent experience. UPS returned my package due to an error on their end. When I contacted DHairBoutique’s customer service to explain the situation, I was told that I would be responsible for paying to have the package reshipped. This inconvenience was not caused by me, yet I was expected to cover the additional shipping cost. As a loyal customer, I expected more understanding and assistance in resolving an issue that was outside of my control. Unfortunately, this experience has left me frustrated and reconsidering future purchases.
