Working with Kimberly has truly been a life changing experience! I came in very new to Rolfing, with chronic migraines, neck and shoulder tension, and lower back pain due to endometriosis and have gotten so much relief in working with Kimberly! I had never used a Rolfer before I contacted Kimberly. I have to say rolfing is much different than a massage in that the focus is on thoroughly working the entire body connective tissues to better improve the overall general feeling of the patient. Her treatments significantly improved my lower leg neuropathy and have made me feel like there really are tools that can help. The first set of treatments are typically driven by a prescribed protocol with additional treatments focused on the patients specific area of interest. Her willingness to come to the patient results in minimal lost time and inefficiency. I highly recommend Kim and her Rolfing expertise!

In the fall of 2023 I had surgery to remove a cancerous nodule on my lung. As a result of the surgery I had severe tightness in my chest that traveled to the middle of my back. At times I felt it was difficult to breathe. My Pilates trainer who I’ve been working with for many years felt I would benefit from Rolfing. She recommended Kimberely. I've had a number of sports massages and deep tissue massages before, but Kimberly is by far the most effective in helping to relieve my muscle aches and pains. My wife and I have worked with her over the past several months and Kimberly is truly a master of her craft. Kimberly does a great job of listening to what is hurting you and providing the right amount of pressure to help your muscles stretch and heal. She is friendly, reliable and a truly talented masseuse. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to relieve aching muscles!
