DESUAR HOLLYWOOD SPA

Have been coming to this spa for massages and last lifts for a year but today was truly an irredeemable experience where it felt like I was the guinea pig at a bad school instead of at a luxury spa. Massage therapist forgot half my body, spent 10mins on one foot, and pressed on my jawbone for 5mins. Waxing didn’t follow basic protocol of asking if wax was cool enough, pulling skin taut before ripping, or applying pressure after removing strep. Had to stop lash lift service 10min in bc solution was burning my eyes. Didn’t get a refund and owner said they would give me a call but did not. Full price customers should be fine but would warn classpass ppl, but also they could just treat classpass ppl like regular customers since they’re choosing to put themselves on the classpass platform. I found Desuar through Class Pass and got a Sports Massage followed by an Express Facial. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, my massage with Lisa was excellent and facial with Tatiana was a great refresh! She was thoughtful and gave me some tips for taking care of my skin at home. I will be back!

Finally I have found a spa and esthetician that I’m confident in. Tatiana was very educated about my acne prone skin. I was welcomed and felt Very comfortable at the spa. Best part I walked out feeling and looking Amazing. No pressure on upgrades and packages and products! I will definitely be back

Tatiana was so incredibly kind. The location was very convenient, and parking was easy. It was clean and well-decorated. Tatiana performed a skin analysis and we proceeded with a radiance facial, along with a few other add-ons. I felt comfortable as she guided me through the steps. Afterward, my skin was glowing, had an even tone, and felt refreshed.

I had a lovely experience with Nicole. She was very sweet, knowledgeable and accommodating. I’ve been struggling with my skin postpartum and she gave me some great recommendations. Also, Jared has magic hands. Definitely would recommend him for all your massage needs! Overall I had a great experience and will be returning.
