Destination Relaxation

Won't be back. We had been doing couples massages twice a yr for the last 3 yrs. Previous time was WAY too rough and we figured it was because of how bad off our shoulders were. We were both in pain the whole following week. Fast forward to our recent experience. Called ahead and booked a 90min couples massage. Arrive on 2/28 and none had written down the appointment. K? Durring the entire massage my person was on their phone periodically, and both of our staff was constantly leaving the room to handle something with someone else. I know we got cheated on time. My legs were hardly touched and for some reason decided to go extra light on my hands and feet but dig into my back. My husband's feet never got done, there ain't nothing wrong with them! Apparently ASKING for a tip upon check out

Poor massage! Talked in their language to each other whole time. We sat our timer for 30 mins that we paid for and the shorted us 6 1/2 mins of our massage time we paid for. During massage worker stopped on me to answer door so that was another 3 mins I lost. He was more concerned to hurry us up and get to the guy and do his massage before he left. We came there because my client referred us there. Bad experience!! Disappointed for sure!

Could not love this place more! We come here regularly and have never been disappointed. Every one of their massage therapists are wonderful. I saw where some of the reviews mentioned the massage being too firm. That is definitely what I prefer but they ALWAYS check in at the start and a few times throughout to make sure the pressure is alright and ask if you are ok. You won’t regret coming here!

OMG!!!! If you have even the slightest kink. Please I’m begging you to go see Jack in mall upset near Champs. You can thank me after. I couldn’t move my right side for 3 days. He worked every kink out and knew ever spot to hit. I didn’t have to say anything. This guy is amazing.. if they had cost 1000 I would have sold a kidney to pay for it. The price was great . I’m still in shock. I can sleep and move around now. Thank you guys sooo much 🙏

Therapist used one hand because they are texting with the other. Unprofessional! Owner needs to address this immediately. Give full attention to your customer! They also will cheat you on the time. Finally, there needs to be at least one person present at all times who speaks fluent English! Very frustrating to try to communicate basic requests. I was a regular customer but not sure I will return.
