Designer Brows

They are under new ownership and it's clearly bad. Went here today with my daughter, and the gal was already working on someone, that lady needed to run out and lock her car really quickly, so when she got up the gal asked me to sit down and she started on my brows, when the other lady returned i got up so she could finish her really quickly.. She did NOT change the thread from what she was using on me, even after I told her she needed too.. the other lady was still trying to talk her into changing the thread when my daughter and I just left!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I was unsatisfied with the way she left my eyebrows and she tried to tell me that that’s how they were. I asked for a discount and she refused so I asked to speak to the owner and again she refused. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

My friend went to get her brows done. There was no sign stating only one person can be in there. Lady behind the counter literally yelled at me telling me to go sit out in the mall. I wanted to give her a piece of my mind, but I had to hold my tongue.

Came here to get my eyebrows done. I told the lady to just shape it and to not thread it thin because I like my eyebrows thick, and of course she agrees. I came out with very thin, uneven and out-of-shape eyebrows. I would never come back here again.

Omg!!! I had gorgeous thick eyebrows and asked for a clean up.. she BUTCHERED them! One is clearly bigger than the other and completely messed up!! Don't go here!!
