Every time I go here I never leave feeling good in my haircut or style. Usually I leave with my hair frizzy and not blown out properly. However, today I got my hair done and I asked for my hair to be completely cut the same length across the bottom. As I have been growing out layers for the past year. However, I ended up leaving with my front pieces cut shorter and layers within my hair. Throughout the haircut I didn’t want to say anything, as the person cutting my hair is a professional and I don’t know the first thing about this. Clearly I should’ve. The haircut is nice and she did a great job but this is just the exact opposite of what I asked for. A before and after is attached.

So I had my hair colored last week and I wanted it burgundy but it came out more red. I contacted the girl who did it to have it fixed and she flipped out on me. I have been going to the same stylist since 2008.and considered her a friend. I called the owner to get it fixed by another stylist and it came out closer to the color I wanted but they would not dry my hair unless I paid 25 dollars for the blowout so I left with wet hair. I was told I could sit under the dryer for a while but I declined. Now the salon told me not to come back because they did not want the stylists upset. Below is what I wanted and what I get. Am I wrong to be upset that the blame was put on me? Between the high prices and always being made to feel like I was not good enough to be there I should have known better

Paige did a great job with my cut! I haven't had my hair cut in awhile and she did a nice job shaping my hair. She also cut my young daughter's hair, too! It was such a positive experience!

I bring all 4 of my kids here. We usually see heather. The staff is wonderful. Always friendly. Always complimenting my kids behaviors and hair styles we choose. Clean, smells nice and always gets us in. Heather does a great job!!
