Crystal Nails

Not sure what the hype was about. I was told a half hour wait, waited an hour 15. Yes, I could have left but for what? To reset the wait clock somewhere else? I just kept thinking I had to be next, 5 more minutes... I would have sat around for nothing. Well, I wish I had. This is the worst job I've had in a long, long time. And I just got a simple fill. The man who did my nails didn't lay acrylic over my whole nail width or bring the acrylic to my cuticle so, I'll need a fill sooner than later. Then he didn't paint fully over the poorly laid acrylic. He couldn't even get the shape right. And what is with those edges?! I'm so upset. Pictures attached. I'll risk being thought of as cheap for not giving a tip. It was not deserved.

Not happy. Went for a pedicure, told the man I would like red nails. He gave me French tipped. Maybe if he didn’t have headphones in he would have heard my request. I stopped him after noticing he’s putting white tips on, he said “oh next time next time sorry”. Never again. Charged me for tipped even though it was his mistake. Ridiculous.

My nails are horrible and I was charged 50. They are not the same length. I was so mad my finger was cut and the girl was very rough. These pictures are when I got home after getting my nails done. Will never go back!!!! I should not have even paid for this service!!! People think I did this myself!!! My cousin's are horribly painted. She asked for short and they are long. I wish we never paid them anything

Absolutely will not recommend at all to anyone. It was my first time there and truly will be my last. I went in there just for a 1 nail repair and polish change. The nail that they repaired is absolutely so crooked and not even the same shape as my other nails. As well as I was charged $30 for polish change and one nail repair. That’s crazy, very disappointed so just paid and left gave him 40.00 he never gave me the $10 back in change so I assume he thought it was his tip. Please do yourself a favor don’t go here.

I got the powder dip nails. Tony did a fabulous job. I will definitely be back. I picked 5 different colors for an ombre, rainbow , neon effect and he did not make me feel like a pain at all. Did not rush and was very detailed!
