My first visit to the salon and it was a wonderful experience! Beautiful salon, very comfortable and inviting. I had a massage with Jake and he did fabulous. I went in with a horrible pain in my neck and shoulder and feeling so relieved. He checked periodically on my comfort levels and made sure it was an amazing experience. I will be back!

My massage with Wendy was amazing! She worked on all my problem areas and always made sure she was using the right amount of pressure. It was easily the best massage I’ve ever had (though I’ve never had a bad massage here).

I came in with damaged hair and Lily gave me a treatment that completely transformed it. I also had a paraffin dip on my winter hands that has made them feel so soft & smooth. Then I added a brow wax as well. She is knowledgeable & skilled and took the time to explain the process. I feel so good! Best salon in South Grand Rapids Michigan! I absolutely loved my experience with Lily! Professional, talented, and friendly. Highly recommend! ❤️

Allison is an excellent cosmetologist. She is friendly and listens well and makes suggestions to fit my personality and style. She takes the time to explain and recommend products. Allison makes herself accessible if needed to return to check out to explain or explore new products. Most importantly l walk out of the salon with a cut l can manage and feel confident every day at work and play.

Nicole did an amazing job, I was so pleased with her work! This was my first time booking with her and she explained hair coloring, hair treatments, and even how much of my hair she would be cutting before doing so! I did a solid darker brown color with a trim including curtain bangs and they turned out great!
