Affordable prices and very comfortable environment. I have never been comfortable with a doctor here because none truly wanted to help me (other than Dr. Haddad) in Yuma and I never felt heard. Melissa has listened to everything I had to say and was fully supportive with finding the best plan. 10/10. I feel heard, comfortable and in the end makes me more motivated to continue with my goals. I had a really good experience at Desert Oasis. The environment is calm and perfect for a self-care day. Melissa is super nice and works with you based on your needs. The IV treatments are great and leave you feeling refreshed. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to relax and take care of yourself. :)

I brought my 3mo old to Melissa for CFT and I can confidently say it helped our little one out so much! Over the sessions I saw him become clearly more comfortable in daily life, happier in his car seat, less fussy in general, better bowel schedule (you know it’s important moms 😜) and generally “chiller” that’s how I could best describe it! Melissa is great! She is a calm and sweet presence and very understanding and patient knowing babies will be babies! If you’re a mom struggling with a baby that just seems way fussier than normal, take them to see her!

My 5-year-old daughter and I both received CFT (Craniosacral Fascial Therapy) at Desert Oasis Wellness, and the experience has been incredible. I noticed a huge improvement in my daughter’s speech, she’s talking more clearly, confidently, and with so much ease. It’s honestly amazing to see the progress. I also benefited more than I expected. The sessions helped me so much with my anxiety, and I’ve felt calmer, lighter, and overall more balanced since starting treatment. Melissa is patient, kind, and truly knowledgeable. I have been going to Desert Oasis Wellness since October 2025 for immunity boost IVs, as I am a teacher who works with young students and surrounded by germs on a daily basis. I have always had a low immune system always prone to get sick easily. But since October, my immune system has boosted and i have not gotten sick as often as I had in the past, as I come to Desert Wellness Oasis once a month for an IV. I have nothing but positive things to say with my experience each time I go see Melissa at Desert Oasis Wellness. She always makes me feel welcomed and always makes sure I am comfortable when getting my IVs, as well as answering any questions I may have.
