Best massage of my life!! I came here and got the Scrub & Lemon Seaweed Essence Massage w/ Vitamin Facial and I was BLOWN away. So much attention to detail and making sure your entire body is taken care of. I even got my hair washed! I’m obsessed my masseuse Hana was incredible I can’t wait to come back. The theme rooms were also super fun to explore. Also the food was fantastic!!

Very disappointed with this experience. I booked a couples spa and scrub in advance for our anniversary, which is obviously a special occasion. Just two hours before our scheduled appointment, the staff called and asked me to cancel one person’s service because they didn’t have a masseuse available. This completely defeated the purpose of booking a couples experience and ruined our anniversary plans. Staffing issues should never be the customer’s problem—especially with last-minute notice and no proper solution offered. Extremely unprofessional and poor planning. I would not recommend this place for special occasions or advance bookings.

Very disappointed. I booked a couples spa service in advance for a special occasion. Two hours before the appointment, I was told one service had to be canceled due to lack of staff. I asked to speak with a manager but was told the manager could not help and was already gone for the day at 10 a.m. Poor planning and unprofessional handling. I would not recommend this place for special occasions or advance bookings.

I visit Descanso Spa once a month. I beleive this is very beneficial for my mind and body. I used to go to Wi Spa, but it was always overcrowded and busy. I am so glad I discovered Descanso spa! It's very cozy, doesn't get crazy busy, always clean, and oh, I LOVE the food there!!! Thank you!

Descanso Garden Spa is amazing! The experience was so relaxing and refreshing, and it truly made my self-care time great. The staff are professional and welcoming, and the services left me feeling comfortable and renewed. Highly recommend for anyone needing a perfect spa day!
