Renee is amazing! Not only is she super sweet and very communicative she explained the whole process and walked me through it. She is very knowledgeable about her services and treated me like a queen! I had gotten some lip filler for my not so luscious lips. And let me tell you I’m obsessed with how natural my lips turned out! Just enough pout to make a mooch count! (The hubby even likes them!) I am very pleased and will be sending more people her way!

I called to find out what credit cards they accept and to get prices for a Bridal party full service of 12. First she said they don't accept any credit cards so I asked what payments she accepts. She was very rude started asking me a lot of questions about what I'm trying to sale her and why I wanted to know. I ended the call as I'm by no way going to support a business that is this rude and take the chance of making my daughters special time horrible.

I scheduled two separate chemical peel appointments (roughly $200) here and both were cancelled. The first time it was because the technician was moving to a different location. I rescheduled my appointment for a month later and then received a call on Friday afternoon that my Monday appointment needed to be rescheduled because the technician was at a conference and couldn’t change her flight, which is ridiculous because she should have checked her schedule before booking a flight or at least let me know more than 3 days in advance. I had already begun to prep my skin by not using certain products and moved my work schedule around. If this is any indication as to how they treat their customers in person I certainly wouldn’t feel comfortable letting them touch my skin. I called Belladerm me

Low grade Botox - literally saw no results. Not worth paying over $400. Go to a more certified medical grade place if you plan on making the investment.
