From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean, modern, and well maintained the facility was. Everything felt organized and up to date, which immediately gave me confidence that I was in the right place. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made the check in process smooth and stress free, and I did not feel rushed at any point. Everyone I interacted with was kind and respectful, which really makes a difference when you are not feeling your best. Dr. Lesley was absolutely wonderful. Everything was excellent. The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. The surgeries went really smooth. The doctor and nurses explained everything that was going on as it was happening. This is the third surgery that Dr. Prather has performed on me and they have always been a great experience.

Everyone at Derma is always so very nice, helpful, and polite. From the ladies at the front desk making sure they explain things for the patient; to the care team in the back, I felt concern and true interest in what I was worried about. Had to get some skin tissue removed and the staff and doctor were beyond professional and efficient. They made sure I was fully aware of what the procedure was about and what it entails. They also provided easy to understand post-procedure instructions.
